Job Responsibilities

• Make sure there's a constant supply of ingredients.


• Mixing ingredients to create new products or improve existing ones


• Storing raw materials in refrigerators or freezers to maintain freshness until they are used.


• Monitor levels of stock and liaise with buyers.


• Ensure that operators regularly keep their machines and working environment clean at the end of each day activity.

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Substantial experience in food handling and manufacturing procedures.


• Minimum of OND, HND  degree or equivalent.


•  Knowledge of weighing processes for raw ingredients.


• Solid understanding of health and safety rules.


• Extreme ability to control food making equipments.
