Job Summary

The IT Officer will be responsible for resolving technical issues faced by users/employees and will be one who is well vast and experienced in resolving issues of software and hardware - networking, systems administration, and the maintenance of computer systems and on biometric machines.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge in Windows Operating systems (e.g. Win7, Win8, Win10)


• Knowledge in Windows Server Operating systems (e.g. Win Server2008, Win Server 2012, Win Server 2016)


• Knowledge in Windows server services and features (e.g., AD, Domain trust, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, file


• server, Hyper-V)


• Knowledge of system vulnerabilities and security issues


• Experience in Virtualization (e.g., VMWARE, ESXi, Virtual box)


• Experience in Microsoft 365 products (e.g., Office, Dynamics)


• Database and programming knowledge is preferred


• Flexible, sometimes requiring working evenings and weekends with little or no advanced notice


• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Excellent customer service skills


• Strong attention to details


• Strong multitasking abilities

Requirements

• HND in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.


• Minimum of 2 years of related experience, preferably in the FMCG/Manufacturing industry.


• Experience in server management and database administration.


• Qualified IT professional with relevant certification.


• A technical, logical thought process


• Problem-solving skills


• An ability to stick to strict deadlines.


• An ability to prioritize tasks.


• A keen eye for detail.


• Knowledge and experience in networking, Oracle ERP, systems administration and in the installation and maintenance of CCTV cameras/biometric machines is very essential for this position.


• Male Preferred for gender balance.

Salary

N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
