Job Brief



  • We are in need of business development executives who will contribute and develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote products sales and services.


Responsibilities



  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.

  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.

  • Present our company to potential clients.

  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.

  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.

  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.


Requirements



  • HND / B.Sc in any field.

  • 1 - 3 years experience in Marketing / Sales, in real estate sector would be an added advantage.

  • Must be goal oriented.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Hands-on experience with office equipment.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
