About the role:


The Talent Manager would be responsible for coordinating recruitment-related activities, management of staff, evaluating the talent management processes to ensure that key metrics are met, as well as identifying the opportunities for expansion and improvement. The ideal candidate should be agile and able to think on his/her feet.


Job Description: 



  • Coordinate Talent Management operations which will include recruitment of staff, onboarding and employee documentation, implementation of learning and development strategies, and employee relations.

  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs

  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure that key metrics are met, and identify issues affecting recruitment processes

  • Optimizing the talent management processes as an operation and driving consistency across board

  • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.

  • Ensure confidentiality of information, including the safeguarding of information about current, past, and prospective employees; to ensure privacy and confidentiality of personnel information, subject to any legal rights of employees in respect of information relating to them.

  • Ensure all documentation is completed adequately and appropriately.

  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable federal and state requirements

  • Keep up-to-date with trends in employment legislation and best practices in talent management.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Person Specification:



  • Minimum of First Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field

  • 3-5 years experience as a Talent Manager or similar role

  • Membership in at least one relevant professional body is required

  • Advanced IT skills using Microsoft Office packages.

  • Proven data management skills.

  • Excellent communication, and organisational skills.
