Key Purpose of Job



  • As Corporate Communications Manager, you will be responsible for team coordination, development and execution of communication & engagement to promote the brand, image, reputation, objectives, activities, and achievements.

  • You will completely adhere to Company values as well as support the realization of its vision, mission, activities, and business goals through consistent delivery of excellent internal & external communication, PR, and brand management.


Main Responsibilities



  • Strategically plan, deliver, measure effectiveness (based on key performance indicators), and report on all internal and external communication requests, activities, campaigns, and strategies towards achieving organizational objectives; across available channels, including social media, apps, SMS, email, event, website and print; such as video, audio, image, corporate narratives, change/transformation messaging, crisis communication, leadership/employee communication, speeches, newsletters, formal letters, social media/blog posts (video, audio, image & text), management & investor reports, and press kits, releases & conferences etc

  • Ensure maximum awareness, adoption, use, promotion of all internal and external communication channels, processes, policies and digital & brand collaterals towards achieving/maintaining thought leadership status, top-of-mind awareness, and positive visibility/engagement for the brand.

  • Build lasting relationships with all stakeholders, colleagues and team members to promote synergy.

  • Utilize relevant knowledge, skills, tools, applications/software, and databases to achieve optimal execution of assigned tasks and functions.

  • Advise the team on appropriate measures, process improvement actions for optimum ROI, and best practices pertaining to Corporate Communications.

  • Observe and investigate relevant stakeholder activity and share trends/patterns for business intelligence.

Requirments



  • A University Degree in Marketing, Business management or any other related field

  • Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience

  • Any accredited local and/or global Corporate Communications professional membership is an added advantage

  • Candidate must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:

  • Digital & Computer Literacy (especially use of MS Office Packages & Google Apps)

  • Writing, Editing, Distributing Content & Storytelling

  • Strategic, Digital & Integrated Marketing Communication

  • Content Creation - Idea Conceptualization & Implementation

  • Media Relations, Stakeholder Management and Customer Experience & Centricity

  • Research-Based Planning & Campaign/Event Management

  • Current Communications Principles, Processes & Best Practices.
