• Minimum of 5 years work experience in an academic supervisory or headtacher role in a school


• Must be able to work as part of a team


• Must have great interpersonal skills


• Must be able to work under pressure


• Must be able to listen to and carry out instructions


• Must be accustomed to school leadership.
