About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Human Resources Executive to lead core HR operations and employee management. In this role, you will manage the complete employee lifecycle, build scalable organizational structures, and leverage HR technology to foster an engaging, high-performance workplace culture.
Key Objectives
- Partner with management to deliver a seamless HR experience aligned with strategic business goals.
- Build and manage robust HR structures to meet evolving organizational needs.
- Coordinate multi-location HR operations while fostering continuous learning, diversity, and workplace innovation.
Core Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Selection: Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Performance Management: Manage employee appraisal systems, set KPIs, and drive performance evaluation cycles.
- Training & Development: Identify capability gaps and coordinate targeted learning programs to upskill teams.
- Employee Relations & Talent Management: Drive employee engagement, resolve workplace issues, and lead retention strategies.
- Health & Safety Management: Implement and oversee workplace health, safety, and occupational environment protocols.
- Payroll Management: Direct accurate monthly payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation management.
- Labour Law Compliance: Ensure all company HR policies and practices strictly adhere to Nigerian Labour Laws.
- HR Administration: Oversee day-to-day office administration, documentation, and operational support.
- HR Data & Analytics: Maintain precise employee records, manage HR databases, and generate metrics for leadership.
- HR Technology Integration: Leverage IT capabilities and modern HR systems to drive digital transformation and make the organization an employer of choice.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Relations, Labour Law, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Certification: Active CIPM professional certification (Minimum requirement).
- Experience: Proven hands-on track record across core HR functions and multi-location management.
- Key Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
