Oversee the merchandising and display of cars in the sales outlet
Develop new business relationships, identify prospects and follow through till the sale of a car is closed
Utilize systems, and coordinate customer service requirements as appropriate
Conduct frequent inspection of automobiles to ensure they are in good condition
Maintain contact with customers to provide post sales services, obtain customer feedback and assist with the resolution of customer issues or challenges
Determine conditions for discount as well as the percentage discount given to customers on outright purchase of a car unit
Prepare a proper marketing report on sales activities to supervisors through scheduled reporting structure
Maintain effective relationships with existing clients in order to retain business
Up-sell where appropriate
Collect analyze and interpret record of sales/ transactions to ensure balanced accounts
Oversee the processing of clients orders to ensure timely delivery of purchased units
Proffer recommendations to customers on car models that best meet their requirements/ preference
Conduct negotiations with clients to reach a profitable bargain
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of HND or B.sc in any field of study, preferably in a business- related discipline such as marketing, finance or business Administration
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales ( Experience in the automobile industry is an added advantage)
Excellent knowledge about cars and their various models
High affiliation with high net-worth individuals
Sound knowledge of closing sales and winning customers
Excellent Oral and written communication skills
Persuasive and Influencing skills
Ability to take on initiatives and work under minimal supervision
