Duties/Responsibilities



  • According to the company's overall business strategy, formulate human resources planning and effectively promote the effective implementation of human resources strategy in the company;

  • Formulate, adjust and supervise the implementation of the company's personnel policies, rules and regulations, including recruitment, salary and welfare, performance management, training and development, employee relations, etc.;

  • Implement the company's salary management system, be responsible for the review of the monthly salary of the company's employees and the production of corresponding reports, handling salary abnormalities, and ensure the accuracy of salary calculation and payment;

  • Responsible for managing the company's employee relationship, coordinating labor-management relations, and actively communicating with employees; helping various departments to establish positive employee relations and handle labor disputes and employee complaints.

  • Be fully responsible for the docking work of the headquarters, and submit various HR-related data to the headquarters on time and accurately;

  • Assist superior leaders in improving the salary system, rules, etc., and standardizing the process of salary distribution;

  • Responsible for managing the company's human resources department, coordinating and responsible for the department's work.

  • Responsible for the review and reporting of the data of the company's human system to ensure the accuracy of the system data;

  • Responsible for communicating with colleagues in the Human Resources Department of the headquarters and working in the Nigerian company, and performing assigned tasks according to relevant requirements;

  • Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.


Requirements.


Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of Second-class Upper Degree in Human Resources or related field

  • Relevant HR certifications that demonstrate knowledge/possession of current HR competencies are required (e.g. Associate, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, Senior/Professional in Human Resources, Human Resources Business Professional). like PHR, SPHR, CIPM, MBA will be an added advantage

  • Applicants should have at least 5 years relevant experience in similar role
