Job Summary
- This Montessori School is seeking passionate, dedicated, and teachable educators to join its Nursery and Primary sections.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and child-friendly learning environment.
- Effectively manage classroom activities and maintain discipline.
- Assess pupils' academic progress and provide appropriate support.
- Prepare lesson notes, teaching aids, and instructional materials.
- Maintain accurate attendance and academic records.
- Promote pupils' intellectual, emotional, social, and moral development.
- Participate in staff meetings, school events, and training programmes.
- Communicate professionally with parents and school management.
- Perform other teaching-related duties assigned by the school.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: ND, HND, or B.Sc.
- Minimum of a year teaching experience in a Nursery or Primary school.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Patient, caring, and passionate about working with children.
- Good moral character and professional attitude.
- Teachable, adaptable, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Commitment to long-term employment with the school.

Employment Conditions:
- Successful candidates are expected to resume on or before early August.
- Candidates must provide at least two guarantors before resumption.
- Successful applicants will be required to sign an undertaking to remain with the school for a minimum of one year.
