We are seeking a proactive and hands-on HR People Operations professional to lead the day-to-day execution of people initiatives while ensuring operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.
The role requires a strong HR generalist with exceptional leadership presence, sound judgment, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive performance, culture, compliance, and employee engagement in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning, and offboarding.
Partner with business leaders to implement people strategies that improve workforce performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
Drive policy compliance, HR governance, disciplinary processes, and labour law adherence.
Manage employee experience, resolve workplace issues, and foster a positive, high-performance culture.
Support to coordinate performance management cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, and capability development initiatives.
Maintain accurate HR records, generate people analytics, and provide insights for informed decision-making.
Support organizational change initiatives and continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
5 to 8 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure across multiple HR functions.
Professional certification such as CIPM, CHRMP, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
