Candidate Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently exceptional treatments to the club’s service standard.


• Conduct brief client consultations before every treatment; adapt to client needs and medical considerations.


• Maintain treatment rooms to immaculate presentation and hygiene standards.


• Manage treatment schedules, records, and product/linen inventory.


• Coordinate with the physiotherapist and trainers on recovery-focused treatments.


• Uphold the club’s protocols on professionalism, privacy, and client care at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Certified training in massage therapy with strong command of multiple modalities (deep tissue, sports massage, Swedish, and recovery-focused techniques).


• 3–5 years of professional experience in a premium spa, hotel, or clinical setting.


• Excellent understanding of anatomy, contraindications, and client safety.


• Polished presentation, warm professionalism, and strict personal boundaries and ethics.


• Absolute discretion with high-profile clients.


• Good spoken English and a calm, attentive client manner.


• Candidate must be based in Abuja.

Preferred Background:

• Five-star hotel spas or destination spas.


• Sports massage for athletes or performance clients.


• Luxury wellness clinics.


• Additional modalities: lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, reflexology.
