Greet every member and guest by name; own the arrival and departure experience.
Manage bookings across training sessions, treatments, diagnostics, the boardroom, and dining. Coordinate member requests end-to-end: reservations, guest passes, special arrangements, follow-ups.
Maintain accurate member records, preferences, and visit notes in the CRM.
Handle membership enquiries and tour scheduling with discretion; support the membership sales process.
Manage guest access in line with club policy (invitation-only protocols, guest limits).
Resolve issues instantly and gracefully; escalate only when necessary.
Maintain the presentation of reception and front-of-house areas at all times.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of front-of-house or guest relations experience in a premium environment. Impeccable grooming, presentation, and personal polish.
Excellent written and spoken English; warm, confident telephone and in-person manner.
Discretion and confidentiality — comfortable serving executives, diplomats, and high-net-worth individuals without familiarity or intrusion.
Highly proficient with booking systems, CRM software, and general business technology.
Strong organisational skills and calm under pressure.
