Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement an ultra-strict recruitment framework for corporate pilots/drivers utilizing standard psychological, literacy, numeracy, and eye-tracking tests.


• Coordinate the background check process, verification of guarantors, and medical screenings for all new hires.


• Develop continuous corporate training modules focusing on defensive driving, hospitality, and premium service delivery.


• Administer the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) frameworks and manage annual performance appraisal exercises.


• Mediate internal employee disputes and manage workforce retention and wellness programs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Business Administration.


• Active professional certification (CIPM, SHRM-CP, or CIPD) is mandatory.


• 4–6 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a logistics, transport, or aviation firm.
