Responsibilities




  • Manage the firm's day-to-day operations to ensure efficient service delivery.

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales, visa application, and administrative teams.

  • Monitor staff performance, attendance, productivity, and compliance with company policies.

  • Ensure enquiries and client applications are handled promptly and professionally.

  • Track sales performance and work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.

  • Develop and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and service quality.

  • Resolve operational issues, client complaints, and internal escalations promptly.

  • Monitor client files to ensure applications are progressing within agreed timelines.

  • Produce operational and sales reports for management.

  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and data protection requirements.

  • Coordinate staff schedules, workload allocation, and departmental priorities.

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.

  • Work closely with senior management to implement business improvement initiatives and achieve organisational goals.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations management, office management, team leadership, customer service, or a similar role.

  • Previous experience managing teams in a professional services, travel, immigration, legal, or consulting environment is an advantage.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.

  • Ability to analyse reports and monitor operational performance.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, attention to detail, and accountability.
