Description

• Our client’s factory is located in the boundary between Lagos and Ogun State, along the Sango axis


• Due to increasing activities, our client urgently requires the servicers of an experienced Electrical and Mechanical Technician who has an OND, BSc, HND or Trade School Certificate with a minimum of 3 years’ experience

Functional Responsibilities

Your duties shall include but not limited to the following:

• Executing minor Mechanical repairs and maintenances.


• Fitting and repairing various factory and office appliances.


• Cutting, welding and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures.


• Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.


• Troubleshooting and resolving problems.


• Preparing cost estimates.


• Understanding and applying blueprints and technical diagrams


• Using various devices, including ammeters, voltmeters, thermal scanners and cable testers, as well as hand and power tools


• Installing or replacing wiring, lighting, electrical controls, breakers and other electrical devices


• Inspecting and maintaining electrical systems in the factory and offices


• Adhering to state and local building regulations.


• Completing work orders on time


• Documenting the work completed and materials used


• Working with other electricians, general contractors, architects and other team members.
