Job Summary

• We are looking for a proactive and skilled ICT Officer to join our team in Arepo, Ogun State.


• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT systems, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.


• This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.


• Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues for staff.


• Ensure network security, data protection, and system backups are properly managed.


• Monitor and maintain servers, routers, and other IT infrastructure components.


• Implement and enforce IT policies, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards.


• Support users with IT-related training and guidance.


• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets and software licenses.


• Research and recommend technology improvements to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• 3 - 5 years of experience in IT support, networking, or system administration.


• Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, networking, and cybersecurity.


• Age range of 24 - 35 years old.


• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, cloud solutions, and database management.


• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
