Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Senior Finance Manager to join our Finance team:

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares weekly cash flow for management review


• Responsible for monthly revenue recognition


• Maintains general ledger and supervise month‑end closing activities.


• Responsible for making monthly provisions, accruals prepayments and support schedules


• Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll, bank reconciliations,


• Ensure all transactions within the organization are carried out within the process designed for the organization


• Implement and monitors internal control processes


• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact company operations, assets, or reputation.


• Manage statutory compliance including VAT, WHT, PAYE, NSITF, ITF and corporate tax filings.


• Prepare monthly financial statements and support schedules.


• Prepare Monthly Performance Reports, Quarterly Performance Reports and presentation to the management during review sessions.


• Prepare audit schedules and support external auditors.


• Reporting on Budget Tracking summary on a weekly basis.

Requirements

• Education / Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance plus ICAN, ACA, or ACCA.


• Experience:  4-5 years of progressive, supervisory experience.
