We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive customer acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and expand our

market presence.



Job Summary



The Business Development Executive will identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate commercial

opportunities, and convert prospects into long-term customers. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with experience selling SaaS, enterprise software, cloud solutions, or business technology products.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across SMEs, corporate

  • organizations, educational institutions, healthcare providers, financial institutions, and government agencies.

  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, email campaigns, social selling, and strategic partnerships.

  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and solution-based sales meetings.

  • Understand customer business challenges and recommend appropriate Snaarp products and solutions.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations.

  • Negotiate pricing within approved commercial guidelines.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

  • Build strong long-term relationships with customers to improve retention and expansion opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in the CRM.

  • Monitor competitors and identify new market opportunities.

  • Represent Snaarp at conferences, networking events, exhibitions, webinars, and business meetings where required.



Required Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, or SaaS Sales.

  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of cloud-based software, SaaS products, and enterprise technology solutions.

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong presentation and product demonstration abilities.

  • Excellent relationship management and customer engagement skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
