Job Summary

• The HEMM Engineers oversee the performance, maintenance, and repair of heavy earth-moving equipment to ensure maximum operational efficiency, safety compliance, and minimum downtime.


• The role involves diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults while coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of heavy earth-moving equipment. E.g Excavator, Dozers, Cranes, Cartapillers, Pay Loaders, Wheel Loaders, Swamp Buggie etc.


• Experience in construction, mining, or the oil & gas industry is an added advantage.


• Strong knowledge of diesel engines and hydraulic systems.


• Ability to read technical manuals and engineering drawings.


• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.


• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.


• Good communication and reporting skills.


• Ability to work under pressure and in field environments.


• Team leadership and supervision abilities.
