Job summary:


Assist in the day-to-day HR activities of the organization such as personnel management, maintenance of HR records, office management, etc.


Duties:



  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and scheduling interviews.

  • Payroll management and administration of statutory remittances

  • Attendance management

  • HRIS reporting

  • Assist with performance management procedures.

  • B.sc/HND in any related field of study with at least 3 years experience.

  • Candidate must have had experience working in a manufacturing company.

  • HR certification will be an added advantage.

  • Candidate should possess advanced MS Excel knowledge
