Job summary:
Assist in the day-to-day HR activities of the organization such as personnel management, maintenance of HR records, office management, etc.
Duties:
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and scheduling interviews.
- Payroll management and administration of statutory remittances
- Attendance management
- HRIS reporting
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- B.sc/HND in any related field of study with at least 3 years experience.
- Candidate must have had experience working in a manufacturing company.
- HR certification will be an added advantage.
- Candidate should possess advanced MS Excel knowledge
