Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day running of the office.
- Manages the company operation
- Balance company accounts as required
- Prepare quotations and Invoices for clients and partners
- Follow up with new and existing clients for strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
- Academic qualification of either an HND or B.Sc in Business Administration, Accountancy, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Finance, and other related disciplines
- 1 - 4 years of work experience as either an Administrative staff, Executive Assistant, Accountant, etc.
- Excellent leadership and organizational qualities
- Strong mathematical literacy and data analytics.
