Job Description

We are in search of a Hostess to join our team. As Hostess, you will welcome guests, escort guests to their seats, and provide accurate wait times. Our ideal candidate should have solid communication, organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure.

Your Responsibilities

  Welcome guests to the restaurant

  Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists

  Manage reservations

  Direct and escort customers to assigned areas/seats

  Provide menus and announce Waiter/Waitress’s name

  Greet customers upon their departure

  Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options

  Maintain a clean environment

  Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
