  • Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships.

  • Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities

  • Building relationships with new clients, indulging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs as regards haluage.

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients and New Clients.

  • Knowledge of Haulage and Clearing/forwarding is requires.

  • Understanding of key players in the Port line will be an added advantage

  • A successful Business Development Manager will drive new business, maintain a portfolio of customers, and grow existing accounts.

  • Close sales and achieve monthly performance goals.

  • Act as primary customer contact directing issues to the customer support team.

  • Ability to interpret and use internal or external data provided to speak to customer needs and communicate business insights. You are the customer’s source of industry knowledge.


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's / Master's Degree with 3 - 6 years of work experience.
