Job Summary




  • We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and expand market presence for our Medical Consumables, Hospital Equipment & Furniture, and Patient Aids/Mobility Rehabilitation Aids portfolio within the Kano territory.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, promoting products, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and engage prospective customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social selling activities.

  • Promote and demonstrate product features, benefits, and value propositions to healthcare institutions and other potential customers.

  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close sales opportunities to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned product categories and monitor competitor activities and market trends.

  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

  • Support market penetration initiatives and identify opportunities to increase customer adoption across the product portfolio.



Qualifications & Experience




  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in sales representation within the medical equipment, medical consumables, or healthcare industry.

  • Demonstrated understanding of medical consumables, hospital equipment and furniture, and patient aids/mobility rehabilitation products.
