Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing position based on Lagos Mainland. The role involves identifying and prospecting new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and promoting Chisco Energy’s lubricant and diesel supply services to industrial customers. Daily tasks include preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and following up on leads to meet sales targets. The Sales Marketing professional will collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, gather market intelligence, and support the development of promotional campaigns. The role also includes documenting client interactions, providing regular sales reports, and participating in product and service training to stay informed about company offerings.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients professionally and maintain long-term relationships.


• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and achieve set targets.


• Candidates should possess Training-related skills to support onboarding of new team members and educate clients on service offerings.


• Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in energy, oil & gas, logistics, or industrial sectors.


• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM tools) for reporting and client management.


• Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.


• Knowledge of the Nigerian energy market and willingness to travel within Lagos and other regions as business needs require.
