Job Description

• Operating and monitoring the boiler


• Taking hourly records of functioning boiler


• Checking the guages both pressure and temperatures


• Daily give boiler water samples to the quality control officers for analysis


• Filing the report sheet and storing the report on the system


• Monitoring of the feed water pump


• Monitoring of gas pressure guages


• Regulating the TDS in the boiler water by blowing down when necessary


• Ensure that all devices associated to the boiler are safe during operation and also ensure both manual and automatic work to its ultimum peak


• Ensuring proper operation and distribution of steam pressure from the boiler to the urbines and processes.


• Working shifts (day and night).

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 4 years work experience
