Your Role
- Manages and drives supply chain process to ensure continuous improvement of forecast accuracy, demand/ supply planning.
- Continuously improves processes and accuracy.
- Shapes and develops the supply chain organization to deliver outstanding results in terms of total supply chain costs, inventory management.
- Initiates supply chain improvement projects and facilitates best practice sharing across business units and sites to reduce total supply chain management costs
- Manages inventories for raw and packaging materials, traded and finished goods to support business
- Closely working with Purchasing on Vendor identification, selection and development through continuous supplier performance tracking. Building a strong operational structure with vendors to ensure a high level of performance on service.
- Ensures optimal inventory levels to improve obsolete, slow moving inventory, inventory carrying costs and on time in full performance
- Ensures all SHEQ requirements and ensures compliance to all SHE related government and regulatory laws also with regards to external storage locations
- Assures quality, including delivering the products at planned time and planned amount.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Engineering / Supply Chain Management.
- 7 years minimum work experience.
