Job Description

• Our client is in need of a Furniture Factory Supervisor to supervise the daily activities of the factory.

Job Responsibilities

• Regularly inspecting finished furniture products to determine whether they meet established quality standards


• Carefully inspecting each stage of furniture production


• Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.


• Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory


• Carefully implementing company’s policies and goals


• Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.


• Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.


• Establish and execute quality control processes.


• Training new factory workers.


• Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.


• Taking responsibility on equipment maintenance

Requirements / Skills / Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of upholstery


• Possesses Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC) skills


• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a furniture factory


• Certification in Production and Inventory Management as well as Quality Control.


• Outstanding time management skills.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Strong management and leadership skills.


• Effective communication skills.


• Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.


• The ability to multitask.

Remuneration

N60,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
