Job Description

• We are looking for a highly experienced market research analyst to join our continuously growing team


• The successful candidate will study market conditions to examine potential market opportunities, and collect the necessary data from stakeholders and partners for proper analysis of the identified opportunities.


• They should be capable with data analysis tools to organize, analyze, present, and draw conclusions from the data they gather on various market opportunities. Ultimately, you will identify products people want, who will buy them, how they want them, and at what price.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends


• Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies


• Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, questionnaires, and opinion polls


• Gather data on FMCG products, consumers, competitors, and market conditions


• Analyze and present data using statistical software


• Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports


• Prepare reports and present results to clients and management.

Required Skills

• Minimum of an HND or B.Sc. Degree


• Must have 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role


• You MUST have previous experience with field data collection and gathering


• Previous experience working in an FMCG organization


• Must possess strong analytical skills to understand and operate on large amounts of data and information


• Must have strong communication skills for gathering information, interpreting data, and presenting results to stakeholders.


• Ability to make cogent data-backed decisions and solutions


• Critical thinking skills to determine what marketing strategy would work best for our products and services


• You must be absolutely detail oriented, organized and precise in your way of work.
