Responsibilities

• Assisting the cook in preparation of mealingredients


• Cleaning and mopping the kitchen floor


• Assisting with the unloading of the delivered food supplied


• Chopping of fruits and vegetables


• Washing and appropriately storing all cooking appliances, instruments utensils, cutting boards and dishes


• Organizing and correctly storing food supplies


• Promptly transfering meal ingredients from storage area to the kitchen as per the cooks instructions


• Stirring and heating soups and sauces as well as preparing hot bevarages

Requirements

• OND / HND or B.Sc in relevant subject


• 2 - 5 years of work experience


• Proven experience assisting in kitchens


• Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.


• The ability to stand for extended periods.


• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


• The ability to work in a team.


• Excellent organizational and time management skills.


• Effective communication skills.

Salary: N30,000 - N35,000 Monthly.
