Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire companyoperation which must comply with all applicable laws and the organization rules and regulations.


• Pack, weigh, and label completed items for shipment or storage. Follow all company guidelines regarding packaging. Identify and dispose of defective items. Properly use packaging materials, including hand tools, glues, nails, padding, etc.


• Initiate pick up and delivery based on customer’s request


• Work with team to assemble, seal, and load packages into correct trucks.


• Read and comprehend labels to ensure proper processing.


• Monitor customer complaints and resolve customer problems or disputes without committing a violation of state or federal laws for goods delivery (other than by a requirement of good manners)


• Ensure that the operation of company meets proper safety standards, including use of proper identification tags, accountability for package contents, accountable for reliability and security of transactions


• Ensure that any problem or issues during the day are properly addressed and resolved with appropriate documentation and follow up when necessary


• Communicate with other interested departments to ensure proper arrangements are made for delivery of shipments at specified locations.


• Provide daily reports on the activities of all operations in accordance with company policy


• Comply with personal appearance standards established by the company.


• Working with other internal department/teams to resolve customer queries/issues to meet customer satisfaction/service levels.

Qualifications and Job Specific Competencies

• HND / Bachelor's Degree [B.Sc.] in English, Marketing, mass communication or a related field


• 3 years’ relevant experience.


• Successful track record in International / Domestic Courier, Logistics, transportation etc.


• Positive attitude with high energy level and drive to excel.


• Experience in Management may be advantageous.


• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing


• The ability to work under pressure


• The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures


• Excellent command over spoken and written English.


• Strong analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills


• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills


• Proficiency in computer usage is essential.

Salary

N80,000 - N83,000 Monthly.
