Role:


You will work directly with the Chief Operating Officer whilst focusing on the day to day running of the operations department to ensure productivity and profitability are top of mind. You will drive the team to have fresh and dynamic ideas, and foresee campaign opportunities. The role is also client facing so you’ll need to build senior relationships with clients in areas of campaign deployment and maintenance. As the market segment which we are operating in is experiencing a significantly high growth rate, the successful Head of Operations will be required to have a track record in Outdoor Advertising and project management.


Responsibilities:



  • Oversees, maintaining and ensuring all infrastructure of the Company are running efficiently and productively and in accordance with the Organizational Strategy.

  • Lead and manage the operation team to capture the exponential growth opportunities in brand campaign.

  • Costing, execution and supervision of all outdoor and indoor Branding/Advertisement.

  • Ensure that the structures (e.g., Billboards) are in good conditions, manage and maintain project budgets and timelines. 

  • Supervise the structures (e.g., Billboards) construction and the daily activities at all outdoor advertising sites. 

  • Supervise the hoisting and decommissioning of outdoor campaigns. 

  • Responsible for sourcing and procurement of materials for all projects including logistics.

  • Work across a range of operational activities and projects to support the Company’s operations.

  • Monitor quality & quantity of output to achieve agreed standards within allocated area of work.

  • Respond to inquiries relating to operations and maintain good relationship with third party contractors.

  • Liaise with contractors, 3rd party operation personnel on advert deployment on lamp poles and billboards.


Qualifications



  • BSc/HND in any discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as Operations officer outdoor advertising company,  experiential marketing agency, branding or advertising agency.

  • Project management certification is an added advantage.

  • Strong customer focus, knowledge of business practices and methodologies.

  • Self-starter, innovative and pays attention to details.
