A manufacturer of alternating pressure mattresses is looking to grow our team, therefore, we are recruiting for the position of Business Development Executive. The candidate must be ready to resume as soon as possible.


We are recruiting for the position of Business Development Executive.


Responsibilities.



  1. Identify key market segments and develop marketing plans.

  2. Identify new business opportunities and submit proposals/quotes to prospective clients.

  3. Develop sales presentations for varying sales meetings.

  4. Manage business relationships with clients.

  5. Obtain feedback and reports from clients.

  6. Meet assigned sales targets (monthly, quarterly and annual).


Requirements



  1. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  2. Experience working in the medical/healthcare sector is a key advantage.

  3. Minimum of 3 years work experience in sales & business development role.

  4. Experience in B2B market segment, good sales prospecting, negotiation, and deal closing.

  5. Excellent reporting skills, industry knowledge/commercial awareness

  6. Self-starter and highly motivated individual with the ability to work with limited /no supervision.

  7. Effective communicator, ability to build rapport and maintain a relationship.

  8. Great knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.

  9. Active knowledge of market research and analysis.
