Job Description

We seek a highly driven, ethical, and organized individual to join our growing team. The responsible officer will work both in the technical and the Digital arms of the company and that of the client.

Responsibilities

• Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel


• Setting up of computer LAN for the brand and client while providing solutions to i.t matters concurrently.


• Verify functionality of hardware and software components


• Conduct consistent network backup operations


• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners


• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades


• Restricting access to unauthorized sites, downloads, and users.


• Setting up accounts for staff, educating them on logging in, and resolving issues arising


• Install solutions and train end, users


• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely, and via phone


• Investigating, diagnosing, and solving computer software and hardware faults


• Checking computer equipment for electrical safety


• Maintaining records of software licenses.


• Uploading products and website support

Requirement

• Candidates should possess an HND / OND qualification.
