Job Summary



  • The Business Development Executive (Key Accounts) is responsible for improving and growing the business by developing and deepening relationships with our clients.

  • She will be responsible for consistent, long-term profitable growth in sales revenues from these customers.


Main Responsibilities



  • Design an aggressive business development strategy to achieve sales targets. Drive the implementation

  • Identify and generate new business leads and opportunities for the business across locations and states in the country

  • Own the sales/revenue targets and drive marketing activities to achieve the same

  • Develop business proposals for existing and new customers;clients, referrals, presentations, and prospects.

  • Supervise database of client relationship management and utilize the result to manage customers and the mailing lists

  • Liaise with the technical team and other departments as appropriate to ensure service delivery in due dates

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies to enhance business expansion and improve market share in all product and service lines.

  • Participate in forums related to the industry; conferences and client discussions. In other words, act as a representative of the company

  • Conduct research and constantly analyze the market trends to identify new markets and customer needs

  • Identify and research potential clients.

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

  • Develop and maintain client relationships.

  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.

  • Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed.

  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data.

  • Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.

  • Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients.

  • Any other duty of similar responsibility assigned


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree with 1 year in the sales industry

  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • CRM experience is preferred

  • Knowledge of the Nigerian media market.

  • Knowledge of Global Media And PR Agency Market

  • Good knowledge of Financial Instruments

  • Good Marketing Skills

  • Good Relationship Management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience managing sales pipelines and a solid track record of achieving and surpassing aggressive sales/revenue objectives

  • Result-oriented and able to work in a dynamic environment with increasing levels of responsibility

  • Strong professionally – credible, flexible, honest, and trustworthy

  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.

  • Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
