Our client is a 360 health and wellness fastest-growing fitness chain and platform, with branches spread across Nigeria. Due to expansion, they are currently in need of a SERVICE AMBASSADOR
Job Description:
- Conduct welcome call to members, manage the front of office desk
- Review and check the guest register and manage accordingly with sales and fitness teams
- Make sure that the override reports are being done for review by the (Stock control)
- Regulate and monitor all members accessing and exiting the facility, check member is up to date on account.
- Provide administrative and clerical service to all members
- Ensures the First Aid Box is fully equipped at all time
Job Requiremnts:
- Minimum of HND/BSC
- 2+ years experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or related fields
- Experience working in the hospitality sector
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills
