Configure, develop, deliver and support Microsoft 365 Business Central ERPsoftware and components in all functional areas.
Installation and implementation of service packs and hotfixes as needed during system setup and confirming that Microsoft 365 Business Central ERP installed is operational and functional before the system is given to the user.
Resolve users concerns, challengeand error as they occur while using the Microsoft 365 Business Central ERP.
Efficientin report writing on Microsoft 365 Business Central and expert knowledge of Power Bi.
Create new and modify existing customization, reportsand integrationas requested by the business.
Support and drive process change and communication in line with Microsoft 365 Business Central ERP best practice.
Provide pre-go-live and post-go-live end-user support.
Serve as the lead Microsoft 365 Business Central ERP technical expert in-house that liaises with the development team.
Take responsibility for the customized unit programming and overall system functionality.
Work with all stakeholders inclusive of Project Managers, Business Analyst and Consultants to understand the business/application requirements of the assigned task when changes are required or need to be implemented.
Creation of technical documentation for all customization and integration.
Perform training on the users of Microsoft 365 Business Central as layout by the business.
Job Requirements
Candidates should possess a Master's Degree with 4 - 6 years experience.
Knowledge of SQL Server
Experience implementing and upgrading Microsoft 365 Business Central
Experience with warehousing and distribution technological processes
Background working in IT Management, Systems Administration and Networking
Experience in working with Power Bi
Reporting writing proficiency for Microsoft 365 Business Central
