Scope of Management:

Sales Strategies:
- Create and implement strategies to exceed sales target for the business
- Seek out new markets and fashion interests that the business may benefit from
- Organize product and lifestyle shoots in collaboration with the digital marketing teams to drive product visibility and sales
Production:
- Overseeing the management of the production process from a high-level perspective
- Inventory management
- Factory maintenance
Employee Welfare:
- Weekly & Monthly employee Payroll
- Conduct weekly team meetings
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews for employees
- Leave administration
- Attendance tracking
- Bonus and reprimand policy implementation
- Employee training
- Day to day Operations
- Manage departmental requisition
- Daily & weekly sales reporting to management
- Production reporting to management
- Expense management
- Facility supervision
Partnership Management:
- Manage contractual relations with all partners
- Ensure execution of contractual obligations
- Provide support to drive business interests through partnerships
- Develop strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth
Business Manager responsibilities include:
- Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
- Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
- Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.)
- Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
- Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers
- Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports
- Assess overall company performance against objectives
- Represent the company in events, conferences etc.
- Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 4-5 years as a Business Manager
Remuneration: N180,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
