Job Summary


As a Design Architect, you are also responsible for creating 3D designs and detailed working drawings.


Key Responsibilities



  • Create as-built drawing

  • Work with the interior designer to produce a proposed design

  • Create 3D designs and detailed working drawings (lightning plans, tiles, shop drawings, furniture layouts)

  • Visit site daily

  • Prepare and submit daily report to Creative Directors

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Creative Director.


Qualifications



  • B.Sc / HND in Architecture.


Experience:



  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.


Competency and Skill Requirements:

Technical Skills:



  • Excellent understanding of building process, materials, detailing and sustainable systems

  • Ability to think and create in 3-dimensions

  • Ability to write specifications, and draw up schedules for required project

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Enscape, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs, e.g., Photoshop.


Soft Skills:



  • High level of professionalism

  • Strong visual communication skills and the ability to source relatable imagery to support concepts

  • Excellent research and organizational skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Ability to prioritize and plan effectively

  • Proficient time management to facilitate working on multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to work as part of a team or individually.

Remuneration: N80,000 Monthly.
