The Position
We are looking for a HR Executive to assist our Incumbent Group Head of HR in ensuring adequate and effective utilization of human resources within the company.
Job Description
- Ensure that staff filings and documentations are well archived and easily assessable.
- Ensure high quality manpower planning and recruitment procedures are in place, and that these procedures align with the employment regulation and Company policy governing recruitment and selection.
- Build on existing systems to create Human Resource Management tools including job descriptions, competency profiles, Performance Management Systems, Key Performance Indicators & Scorecards to improve efficiency and develop uniformity within the employee population of the company.
- Ensure that all new recruits undergo thorough induction processes to aid their seamless integration into the group
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (Second class Upper) in Industrial rRelations, Human Resource Management or any other related field.
- Fresh graduates only.
- 0 - 1 year of work experience.
- Excellent human resource management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills - people management, mentoring/ coaching and leadership skills.
- Effective in solving complex and demanding operational & managerial challenges
- Highly focused, disciplined, self-driven and goal-oriented.
