You will bring your expertise and experience to bring talented individuals together into high performing teams. You will take full ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to onboarding, performance management, disciplinary action, and learning and developments.

You will be required to:

• Support the various managers and team leads in HR performance optimization.


• Talent Management: Recruitment, on-boarding, Capacity development and Retaining of our people.


• Advice and Implement policies on compensation and benefits.


• Organize, develop and support individual employee training and development plans.


• Ensure HR compliance to Legal and Regulatory requirements.


• Develop clear HR policies, ensure awareness and compliance.

Requirements:

You will need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business management or any related field


• 3+ years of HR experience.

·         In-depth knowledge of Labor laws and HR best practices.
