Job Description

You will be required to:

• Support the various managers and team leads in HR performance optimization.


• Talent Management: Recruitment, on-boarding, Capacity development and Retaining of our people.


• Advice and Implement policies on compensation and benefits.


• Organize, develop and support individual employee training and development plans.


• Ensure HR compliance to Legal and Regulatory requirements.


• Develop clear HR policies, ensure awareness and compliance.

Requirements

You will need to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Management or any related field


• 3+ years of HR experience.


• In-depth knowledge of Labor laws and HR best practices.
