Job Brief
- The Sales Data Analyst is responsible for information according to what is established in Contact Strategy.
Main Purpose or Function of the Position
- Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources.
- Comply with the agreed service level of relevant information for the BU.
- Align the data that are in all Systems, Salesforce, POC EYE, DMS, CIC, Syspro, etc
- High standards and attention to detail are a must in order to produce quality work.
Main Responsibilities
- Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity.
- Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources.
- Evaluate third-party data to determine best practices.
- Present actionable information and insights to team members and management.
- Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively.
- Collaborate with team members and members of other departments.
- Automate processes and reports.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing.
- 4 experience in sales analysis.
- Strong research and data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and power BI
- Statistical analysis and computing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Projection and forecasting skills.
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
