Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate the maintenance of all Power and related (Passive) equipment, Diesel delivery and Janitorial under the team coverage.


• Supervise the activities of passive maintenance field staff and ensure they maintain an average response time of less than one hour and an average resolution time of less than two hours.


• Responsible for high network availability through meeting client’s stated SLA and other relevant targets such as site uptime 99.95%, back bone and Hub uptime 99.98%, cell availability 99.95%


• Ensure no outage due to diesel shortage (100% Availability).


• Responsible for good service delivery through scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance done at acceptable standard.


• Interfaces with client’s representative on field related activities


• Ensure all ACs, ATS, DC Panel, are working.


• Ensure all Gen set services (Main and Standby), DC Plants and battery bank in good condition and back testing must be done on agreed time frame.


• Responsible for diesel management within the cluster.


• Interface with the regional manager and security supervisor on security matters.


• Ensure total compliance to quality, health and safety standards.


• Ensure timely delivery of work with detail report on every milestone.


• Manage issues and risks on site and ensure field staff and/or subcontractors comply to client acceptance criteria.


• Interface and ensure good relationship with the clients and their supervisor(s).


• Keep detail and accurate record of work ongoing and work completed.


• JCC and Completion of all jobs must be coordinated, so that we have smooth invoices.


• Daily and weekly reporting of site activities and work progress.


• Ensures effective management/distribution of materials and its inventory (All damaged or lost tools must be reported within 24 hours including Laptops, Mobile phones e.t.c.


• Efficient management of company assets.
