JOB DUTIES

• Posting petty cash voucher


• Posting cash receipt (set of with old bills or advance)


• Posting bank payment (set off with old bills or advance)


• Posting of Journal voucher


• Bank reconciliation on daily basis


• Physical verification of cash & IOU at the end of the month


• Prepare the payment indent and Index


• Payment for scanned documents in the shared folder


• Prepare the day to day finished goods in & out statement to derive sales in kgs & number


• Group companies reconciliation on monthly basis.

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT

• OND/ HND/BSC in Accounting or related course from recognised institution.


• 2 years experience in account field


• Good communication skill

AGE: 37 years below
