Job Overview and Duties



  • Inspect the restaurant on regular basis to ensure proper hygiene and sanitation standards are met.

  • Supervising food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.

  • Generate weekly and monthly reports.

  • Coordinate daily restaurant operations and manage restaurant staff’s work schedules.

  • Monitor inventory and ensure that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked

  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction

  • Review product quality daily and ensure consistency across shifts

  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer enquiries and complaints

  • Manage the restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it

  • Recommend ways to reach a broader audience

  • Promote the brand in Abuja and environs.


Requirements



  • Education: B.Sc / HND

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of multi-unit food service experience

  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.

  • Ability to use MS Excel and Word Office Application

  • Strong leadership, motivation and people skills.
