We are looking to hire a Head of Growth who will be tasked with leading a high-performing team to create and implement strategic marketing initiatives across various marketing functions including performance marketing, events, social media marketing, product marketing and partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and implementing the growth marketing plan in line with overall business objectives while striking a balance between longer-term strategic brand building activities, mid-term lead generation and nurturing, as well as quick wins to achieve targets
- Report, maintain and forecast all business metric results including customer growth, retention, recurring revenue, engagement, NPS, and margin
- Implement and evaluate initiatives towards acquiring customers across various target segments.
- Develop and execute a growth strategy in collaboration with Duplo’s Management Team
- Improve engagement and increase customer conversion through various marketing channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional team (Product and Sales) to establish growth strategies to support Duplo’s revenue goals.
- Design content campaigns to drive education and engagement about Duplo’s product
- Oversee the management of all Duplo’s social media platforms (including LinkedIn, Instagram, etc)
- Manage the Social Media Team, drive and review content creation to ensure it is in line with Duplo’s brand and appeals to our target audience
- Manage Search Engine Optimization
- Creation of strategies to engage and retain current Duplo customers
- Manage, track and analyze key metrics to monitor customer acquisition, revenue/brand performance/engagement , customer retention and create strategies for improvement.
Requirements:
- 6 years experience in B2B Marketing with exposure to both small and medium-size businesses
- A strong understanding of marketing analytics and the ability to apply insights from this to optimize campaigns
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
- Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
- Outstanding written, oral and organizational ability.
- Proven experience in managing the end-to-end delivery of data-driven marketing and communications
- Knowledge of relevant marketing tools/platforms for campaign activation
- 4 years’ experience in SEO, growth marketing.
