Job Description

The role requires the employee to deliver items to customers by verifying orders; inventorying stock; arranging transportation. The dispatch rider will be responsible for outdoor and indoor delivery, sending & collecting official documents, materials, packages and bulky items.

• The dispatch rider will be responsible for outdoor and indoor delivery, sending and collecting official documents, materials and packages as needed.


• Responsible for contacting customers to verify the delivery address.


• Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method of delivery.


• Inform customers of the current status of the product and also be vast enough to answer questions from customers.
