Answer incoming calls and attend to all messages across all social media handles
Take bookings from customer and arrange for scheduling with the COO
Provide daily updates of repair work to customer with vehicles in the workshop
Tender receipts to customer on vehicle discharge
Follow up with customers’ vehicle a day after vehicle is discharged
Perform a routine check with company’s customers
Notify the COO of any customer concerns after attempting a resolution.
Maintain customer satisfaction expectations at or above company standards.
Create monthly content calendar and posting daily content to the company social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Linkedin, Instagram and Whatsapp Status.
Evaluating performance metrics and analytics for online platforms
Report work done to the COO daily and keep written record of daily work.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5 - 10 years of work experience.
